I have been trying for many years to own my own home - \"Praise the LORD\" on December 31st 2012, I purchased my first home. It was only when I began to trust in rely on and have full confidence in God that things began to happen concerning my owning a home. The Lord spoke to me and said in the months of October; November of 2012, I want you to began your search again for a home - I got out of God's timing and began sooner than what He had said, I found a home, but it failed. So... I than repented and waited til the time the Lord had spoken to me about looking for a home. I found my home in the month of November 2012 and closed December 31st 2012!! I was told by the lender this was the fastest closing on a home they had ever done (favor). Also, my interest rate was lowered, for the type of loan I applied it required a certain rate, but not for me (favor) and the product I applied for is now no longer offered for 1st time home buyers - it was terminated after I received the loan, with the lowered interest rate (favor). Let me tell you my GOD is a on time GOD and He knows all things. My home is everything I asked for, down to the front porch to the number of bedrooms (that I thought I could not have, but GOD!) the yard the location etc... It is beyond what I could have asked think or imagine all in one. MY GOD IS A AWESOME GOD!!! When I let go and let GOD - my hearts desire became a reality. Favor ain't fair, but when JESUS IS LORD in your life unstopped favor is a part of the benefits package.
He did it for me and He will do it for you, whatever it is that is your hearts desire - that is in his will, put your trust in HIM - HE will not fail you, never.
